What started as one conversation quickly revealed a broader pattern.

As I looked deeper, I realized this wasn't just a salon issue. Independent service providers across industries - from barbers and pet groomers to consultants and wellness professionals - were facing the same challenge: tools were either too basic to grow with them or too complex and costly for small businesses.

As a long-time software developer, I saw an opportunity to build something better. After months of research, development, and collaboration with real service professionals, MyCuts was created to give small businesses a practical, modern way to manage appointments and grow with confidence.
