About MyCuts

Back in 2013, while getting a haircut, my stylist shared a frustration she had dealt with for years. There was no simple, reliable way to manage appointments without juggling notebooks, spreadsheets, or expensive enterprise software. What started as one conversation pointed to a much bigger need.

As I looked deeper, it became clear this was not just a salon problem. Independent service providers across many industries - including barbers, pet groomers, consultants, and wellness professionals - were running into the same issue. The tools available were either too limited to support growth or too complex and expensive for small businesses.

As a long-time software developer, I saw a chance to build something more practical. After months of research, development, and collaboration with real service professionals, MyCuts was created - giving small businesses a simpler, more modern way to manage appointments and stay organized as they grow.
